Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

A Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Product. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a notice before it expires to contact@maugojewelry.com

The Product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal to:

The Customer bears the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked, registered service. Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.

We kindly ask that you do not send returns via Poczta Polska.

Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned to a physical store or delivered in person to the returns address.

The Seller will refund the payment, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the Product or proof of its return is received. Payment is refunded using the same method used for the purchase, unless the Customer agrees to another method that incurs no cost.

The Customer is liable only for a reduction in the Product's value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated Products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised to meet their individual needs, in particular engraved jewellery, bespoke designs and non-standard lengths or sizes made at their express request. The fact that a standard Product is handmade does not, by itself, exclude the right to return it.

Complaints — lack of conformity of goods with the contract

If the Product does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may request repair or replacement and, in circumstances provided for by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Complaints should be sent to contact@maugojewelry.com  To help us handle your enquiry efficiently, please provide the Order number, a description of the problem, your requested remedy and photographs if helpful. We will respond within 14 days. The Seller bears the costs of repair or replacement to the extent required by law.

Commercial warranty and repairs

MAUGO Products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or mechanical damage caused by improper use. It does not limit the Consumer's statutory rights. For warranty claims or paid repairs, please email contact@maugojewelry.com, including the Order number, a description and photographs of the Product.
