Poland

The standard order preparation time is usually 2–5 Business days. For made-to-order or personalised products, the processing time is usually 4–6 weeks, unless the product description or individual arrangements state otherwise.

Please allow transit time in addition to the processing time. Available methods, in particular courier delivery or delivery to a collection point or parcel locker, and the binding cost are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Europe and other destinations

International delivery is available only to the countries and regions active at checkout. Estimated delivery times and costs are displayed after you enter the delivery address. Customs duties, import taxes or other local charges, where applicable, are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays

If fulfilment of the Order is delayed for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Customer will be informed without undue delay and given a new estimated date or another solution in accordance with the law.
